Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse - Telemetry and Make a Difference in Patient Care
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse seeking an engaging opportunity in a dynamic hospital setting? We are looking for experienced Telemetry RNs to provide exceptional care on a newly established Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit. As a Telemetry RN, you will be integral to delivering high-quality patient care across diverse medical conditions, including sepsis, cellulitis, DVT/PE, CHF, COPD, COVID, and PNA. Your expertise will help manage post-operative patients with complex needs, including total joint surgeries and GI procedures. This position combines clinical challenges with ongoing educational opportunities, fostering your professional growth.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care RN experience
Proficiency in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing principles
Familiarity with IV pumps (Alaris), Pyxis medication dispensing
Skilled in phlebotomy, IV/VAT placement, and unit float management
Previous experience in a fast-paced hospital environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN)
At least 2 years of clinical experience in acute care settings, with prior telemetry and Med/Surg experience
Other Requirements:
Certification in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Ability to work a 4-day/3-day weekly schedule, including every other weekend
Availability to work 2–3 holidays per year
Willingness to work on-call (no call required during this assignment)
Must provide up-to-date immunizations and pass hospital orientation
Scrub color: Pewter; uniforms with specified branding and badges worn properly

Hourly Pay Rate: $46.90
