Are you a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse ready to elevate patient care in a busy Progressive Care Unit? We are seeking an experienced RN to deliver exceptional bedside care in a dynamic, traveler-friendly environment. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in managing complex cases such as respiratory failure, CVA, DKA, sepsis, post-surgical care, and more. Required Skills:
Valid RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1-2 years of hospital experience
Ability to pass an EKG competency exam
Proficiency in titrating cardiac and vasopressor drips, managing IV access, central lines, and diverse medical devices
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
NIHSS certification
Experience with Meditech Expanse EMR system
Wound care expertise
Tracheostomy and feeding tube management
Experience working in diverse and fast-paced environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Prior experience in Adult Medical-Surgical or Cardiac Stepdown units
At least one travel or agency RN experience is advantageous
Other Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1 year of separation from previous employment if a first-time traveler
Ability to work a 4-day week one week and 3-day week the next
Mandatory weekend rotations every other week
Availability to work 2-3 major holidays
Willingness to float to Cardiac Stepdown (2 West) or MedSurg units as needed

Participation in hospital orientation and unit training
This position offers a competitive pay rate of $50.25 per hour, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and additional reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and related expenses.
