We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in our MedSurg and Telemetry units. Required Skills:
Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing
Proven travel experience preferred
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Valid Massachusetts RN license
EMR proficiency; Meditech Expanse 6 experience is a plus
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in a 32-bed Telemetry and 20-bed Med-Surg units
Proven ability to manage multiple patients and coordinate care
Flexibility to float across units as needed
Preferred Education and Experience:
Registered Nurse with a current valid license in Massachusetts
At least 2 years of recent hospital-based experience in MedSurg or Telemetry
Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Willingness to start on 02/17/2026
Must include RTO at the time of application
Submission of a current resume highlighting relevant experience
Submission of two recent references in the specialty area
Skills checklist matching the specialty requirements
Willingness to travel (if applicable)
Travel reimbursements and licensure/certification costs covered
