What You’ll Need:
Valid RN license in Minnesota.
Current BLS certification (ARC or AHA).
Proven telemetry experience and familiarity with Meditech.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and clinical assessment skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience floating to similar units.
Travel experience with flexibility for various shifts.
Familiarity with electronic medical records and telemetry testing.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in MedSurg or Telemetry units.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred.
Other Requirements:
License and certifications must be current and in good standing.
Flu vaccination required prior to start date (2024/2025 flu season).
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential floating to similar units.
Shift availability includes 7 PM to 7 AM, with 36-hour weekend shifts.
