What You’ll Need:
Valid RN licensure in your state
Proven experience working in endoscopy procedures
Ability to work efficiently in procedure rooms and handle advanced therapeutics like ERCP and EUS
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Nursing (CEN)
Previous experience with complex endoscopic procedures
Bilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in endoscopy nursing or related field
Training in advanced endoscopic therapeutics is advantageous
Other Requirements:
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and call shifts as scheduled
Ability to adapt to flexible working hours, including nights and weekends
Commitment to maintaining procedural competency and adhering to safety protocols
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
