Registered Nurse - Emergency Department
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department and make a vital impact on patient care during critical moments. What You Will Bring:
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Emergency Department nursing
Proven proficiency with pediatric patient care and ability to handle a diverse patient ratio
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care
Nice to Have:
Experience in a similar fast-paced ER setting
Familiarity with Meditech Expanse 6 EMR system
Additional certifications such as PALS, TNCC, or other specialized trauma or pediatric credentials
Preferred Education & Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Current RN license in good standing
Prior experience in a high-volume emergency room serving an average census of 75 patients
Other Requirements:
Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications must be included at application submission
Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts, primarily 7 PM – 7 AM, including four weekend shifts per month
Local candidates within 50 miles preferred
Up-to-date resume highlighting pediatric and emergency nursing experience
Travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $73.92, along with comprehensive benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, full medical coverage, a robust referral bonus program, paid sick leave, and reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and other expenses when applicable.
