Registered Nurse - ER

Required Skills:
Minimum of 2+ years of recent Emergency Department experience
Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications
Ability to pass an EKG competency exam
Proficiency in IV starts, multitasking across multiple systems, and continuous patient monitoring
Strong clinical judgment to identify patient severity and anticipate care needs
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Meditech Expanse EMR system
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
Active RN license in good standing
Prior travel nursing experience preferred but not mandatory; first-time travelers must have 2 years of permanent RN experience in acute care
Familiarity with adult patients from newborn to geriatric populations
Other Requirements:
Must be separated from previous employment for at least 1 year if previously a permanent staff RN
Willingness to work a 5/2 rotation, including some weekends and holidays
Ability to work 4-day and 3-day weekly schedules with mandatory rotations
May be required to work up to 7 days of time off with appropriate extension
No floating to other units
Wear designated scrubs and badges according to policy

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $46.90, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
