Hourly Pay Rate: $46.90
Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to provide high-quality emergency care in a busy ER setting. You will be responsible for managing a diverse patient population, including neonatal to geriatric patients, with a variety of acute conditions such as respiratory distress, stroke, cardiac issues, minor traumas, mental health episodes, and more. This role offers the opportunity to work in a traveler-friendly environment with supportive staff and state-of-the-art resources, including EMR systems, medication dispensing, and continuous patient monitoring. Required Skills:
2+ years of recent ED experience in an acute care setting
Valid BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, CPI or MOAB certifications
Demonstrated proficiency with IV starts, multitasking across systems, and continuous patient monitoring
Ability to pass an EKG competency exam prior to start date
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Meditech Expanse EMR system
Prior travel nursing experience
Ability to support? with diverse needs, including psychiatric and behavioral health cases
Phlebotomy skills and familiarity with hospitalist procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
RN license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of recent ER or acute care experience in a comparable setting
Experience with adult and pediatric patients, including neonates and geriatrics
Other Requirements:
Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI/MOAB
Able to commit to the scheduled 4-day workweeks with a 5/2 rotation
Willingness to work 2-3 holidays per year
Flexibility to work every other weekend and up to 7 days of paid time off (RTO) with proper scheduling
Must wear designated scrub attire and badges visibly at all times

No floating to other units required
