Registered Nurse - Critical Care
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care and make a vital impact on patient outcomes in high-acuity settings. Required Skills:
Valid RN license in the State of Massachusetts
At least 2 years of ICU experience
Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA or ARC)
Proficiency with Meditech electronic health record system
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience in critical care transportation or travel nursing
Bilingual abilities
Advanced life support training or certifications
Experience with infection control procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
Prior ICU experience in a hospital setting
Familiarity with hospital protocols and emergency procedures
Other Requirements:
Shift scheduling includes 12-hour night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM), 36 hours per week, every other holiday, and every third weekend
Ability to travel, if applicable, and be reimbursed for travel-related expenses
HWL coversheet submission required for travel documentation
Local rate is $8 less than the posted hourly rate
