Join Our Dynamic Cardiac Care Team as a Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of RN experience with at least 1.5 years in a Cath Lab within the last year
Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate during complex interventional procedures
Proficiency in vasoactive drug administration, sedation, critical patient assessment, and sterile techniques
Experience with cases such as coronary artery disease, STEMI, TAVR, MitraClip, and peripheral vascular interventions
Valid Driver’s License to facilitate facility float shifts
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, Pnumbra, Laser, lithotripsy atherectomy
Ability to perform hemodynamic monitoring
Familiarity with emerging cardiac technologies and procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
Registered Nurse with relevant state licensure
3+ years of clinical experience, including 1.5+ years in a Cath Lab
Previous exposure to complex interventional procedures preferred
Other Requirements:
Willingness to float between Willis Knighton Pierremont, Bossier, and WKMC North
Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight call
Successful completion of a 1-week orientation at Innovation Center plus up to 1 additional week of precepting
