What You Need to Succeed:
Minimum of 3 years of RN experience, including at least 1.5 years in a Cath Lab within the last year
Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate in various cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures
Familiarity with complex cases such as TAVR, MitraClip, PCI, and structural heart interventions
Strong assessment skills, sterile technique, and experience with vasoactive and sedation administration
Capable of managing critical patients and supporting advanced equipment like Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, and laser atherectomy
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with neuro interventions and peripheral vascular procedures
Hemodynamic monitoring proficiency
Experience with advanced imaging systems and ancillary equipment (IVUS, EKOS, FFR)
Bilingual skills or additional certifications are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
Valid RN license with current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Proven experience in Cath Lab settings with complex interventional procedures
Willingness to float between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier City facilities, supporting diverse case types at each site
Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license for facility transport and floating
Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, over a 4-week schedule cycle
Availability for on-call duties (overnight and weekends), with a callback period of 30 minutes
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with diverse patient populations
