Overview:
As a Registered Nurse at our Residential Living Center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to residents, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Required Skills:
Valid RN license in Kansas or the ability to obtain one
Proven experience in residential or long-term care settings
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills
Prior experience in geriatric or chronic care management
Certification in CPR and First Aid
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a residential or long-term care environment

Ability to work 10-hour evening shifts
