Required Skills:
Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
Registered Dietitian (RD) status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Current licensure as a Dietitian/Nutritionist with LBEDN
Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows-style software and role-specific programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
Ability to travel between facilities as needed
Commitment to maintaining evidence-based clinical practices
Nice to Have Skills:
2+ years of clinical experience in nutrition support and therapeutic diets
Experience with nutrition screening and patient education
Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Certification in specialized nutrition areas (e.g., Certified Nutrition Support Clinician)
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
A minimum of 2 years of clinical nutrition experience, particularly with therapeutic diet management and nutrition assessment
Prior experience working in diverse healthcare settings
Other Requirements:
Must meet examination eligibility requirements to become a Registered Dietitian
Successfully pass the CDR registration exam within 12 months of employment
Licensure and certification must be current throughout employment
Availability to work the VMS shift (12:00 AM – 12:00 AM)
