What You'll Do:
Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on inmate records and interviews
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and security staff
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans for mental health patients
Perform rounds in segregation and confined housing areas to assess inmate adjustment and needs
Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and mental health therapy sessions
Gather and share information with clinical staff to support integrated patient care
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and protocols
What You Need:
Current license or board eligibility in psychology
Relevant experience in mental health assessment and treatment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to perform under pressure in correctional health settings
