As a vital member of our Labor and Delivery team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safe, supportive, and expert care in a dynamic, rewarding environment. What You Need To Succeed:
Valid RN license with circulating experience in a labor and delivery setting
Minimum of 2 years of recent labor and delivery experience
Proven proficiency with electronic fetal monitoring (EFM), at least at an intermediate level
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
Ability to work 40 hours per week on night shifts, including two 12-hour shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. and two 8-hour shifts from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Nice to Have Skills:
Certifications in Advanced Life Support for Obstetrics
Perinatal NCC Certifications such as Maternal Newborn Nursing - Level I, Postpartum, or Inpatient Obstetric Nursing
First Latch (Breastfeeding Certification)
Preferred Education and Experience:
Valid RN license with recent obstetric and neonatal care experience
Experience working in diverse, fast-paced hospital environments
Other Requirements:
Must hold all required certifications at the time of application
Ability to work flexible schedules, including overnight shifts
