Pay Rate: $61.10/hour

What You’ll Do:
Deliver safe, patient-centered care using the Nursing Process in the OR setting
Prepare patients for surgery, including assessments and education
Assist in surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment
Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document procedures and patient responses accurately
Support unit and department goals through teamwork and initiative
What You Need:
Required:
Current RN License in the state of practice
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Prior OR nursing experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred:
Certification in a clinical specialty area
Leadership skills or experience supervising others
Basic computer proficiency
