What You’ll Do
Provide perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room for a variety of surgical specialties
Circulate during procedures; may scrub if experienced (not required)
Support complex case readiness across specialties such as robotic, neuro spine/neuro vascular, urology, bariatrics, and transplant (as applicable)
Deliver safe patient care with attention to patient ratios (1:1)
Collaborate with anesthesia, surgical teams, and charge leadership to maintain smooth case flow
Participate in required competencies and unit compliance steps prior to arrival
Maintain flexibility for scheduling needs, including potential weekend rotation
What You Need Required
Current RN license
BLS and ACLS
2+ years OR experience (or specific equivalent OR experience)
Ability to support robotic (DaVinci) procedures and complex OR cases, as required
Preferred
Experience with neuro spine/neuro vascular procedures (robotic experience required)
Experience with transplant cases (strongly preferred)
Cardio/Thoracic experience (strongly preferred)
Comfort working with patient-focused, team-oriented workflows
