What You’ll Do
Provide expert care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments following strict protocols
Document patient care accurately in medical records
Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery processes
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
What You Need Required:
Valid RN license in Louisiana or ability to obtain
BLS certification
At least [X] years of ICU experience
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Preferred:
ACLS certification
Experience with invasive devices and complex patient care
