What You’ll Do
Deliver patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and applicable standards
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to support quality outcomes
Effectively delegate and direct licensed and ancillary team members while maintaining accountability for patient care
Serve as a leader and partner on the interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes
Use data, information, and clinical knowledge to evaluate and drive improvements
Provide patient and family teaching by identifying learning needs and using appropriate teaching strategies
Demonstrate professional responsibility, cultural sensitivity, and communication that supports patient satisfaction and team morale
What You Need
Required
Current RN License in the state of practice
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience working with and maintaining confidential information
Experience in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Preferred
Leadership experience (directly supervising or managing others)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Certification in the clinical specialty area
