What You’ll Do
Deliver patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to support quality clinical outcomes.
Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary staff appropriately to ensure coordinated care.
Communicate and manage nursing team resources as an active leader and interdisciplinary partner.
Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate patient outcomes and support continuous improvement.
Provide patient and family education by identifying learning needs and implementing teaching strategies.
Demonstrate professional responsibility and accountability, including maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
What You Need
Required
Current RN License in the state of practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
Experience working with and maintaining confidential information
Experience in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Preferred
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Leadership experience directly supervising or managing others
Certification in a relevant clinical specialty area
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good time management and self-directed work style
Strong judgment and interpersonal skills, including delegation skills
Basic computer skills
