What You’ll Do:
Provide direct nursing care to surgical patients in the Operating Room setting.
Assist with pre-operative assessments and post-operative recovery.
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth procedures and patient safety.
Effectively utilize the nursing process in patient care planning and implementation.
Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and assist with anesthesia as needed.
Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
Support unit goals focused on quality care and patient satisfaction.
What You Need:
Valid RN license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Prior OR or perioperative experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and delegation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
