Shift: 12-Hour Days (8a-8p or 10a-10p)
Hours per Week: 36-40 hours (variable per schedule)

Licenses/Certs: RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, CDN or CNN (preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1 year inpatient dialysis experience; first-time travelers must have 2 years of perm staff RN experience in acute care
Pay & Benefits
Pay Package: $50.25/hour + applicable stipends
Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit

What You'll Do
Provide specialized dialysis care for patients using hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis (PD experience not required)
Access fistulas and catheters, monitor patient vital signs, and manage dialysis equipment (BBraun machines)
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective patient treatments
Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech Expanse EMR system
Float between multiple facilities as scheduled, providing consistent, high-quality care
Work independently with critical thinking skills in fast-paced inpatient units
Support patients in outpatient dialysis settings and inpatient acute care units
What You Need
Valid RN license in the state of assignment
Minimum 1 year inpatient dialysis experience (2 years for first-time travelers)
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (CDN or CNN preferred)
Ability to pass an EKG competency exam prior to arrival
Critical thinking, independent work ethic, and excellent communication skills
Ability to travel between multiple facilities as needed
