What You’ll Do
Provide patient-focused nursing care for Adults and Pediatrics (experience/comfort required)
Monitor telemetry patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Support rapid response needs, including codes/RRT response
Collaborate with the unit team during shift handoff and ongoing patient assessment
Maintain safe medication administration practices and accurate documentation
Participate in unit readiness activities (e.g., crash cart checks)
Use the facility’s documentation and care tools (e.g., EPIC and relevant equipment/policies)
What You NeedRequired
Active RN license (state requirements provided during application)
2–3 years of nursing experience
Certifications:BLS, PALS, NCI, ACLS
Experience and comfort caring for Adults and Pediatrics
Ability to work a 12-hour night shift
Preferred
Prior telemetry experience (confirmed during phone interview)
Experience working in fast-paced settings with patient monitoring and code response
About the Assignment Join a 15-bed unit where you will deliver telemetry nursing care with support from on-site leadership and respiratory therapy coverage. Patient types include Adults and Pediatrics, and 1:6 patient ratio is used. Onboarding includes 1 day of hospital orientation (including EPIC modules/test) plus 2 department shifts with a preceptor.
