We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to provide exceptional care to critically ill patients. Required Skills:
Current RN license in the state of practice
Minimum of 2+ years of ICU experience
Proficiency in Epic documentation systems
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
Ability to adapt care to diverse patient populations
Competency with computer software and web-based applications
Effective delegation and team collaboration skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in a clinical specialty area
Additional certifications in trauma, neuro, or cardiac ICU
Experience with patient education and team leadership
Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
Graduate from an accredited nursing program
Other Requirements:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
CPI Certification (Crisis Prevention Institute), valid within the last 12 months
Ability to work night shifts (12-hour shifts) starting from 05/04/2026
Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
Willingness to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and infectious materials
Compliance with all OSHA and hospital safety protocols
Travel and licensure reimbursements available as applicable
