Required Skills:
Valid RN license in the state of practice
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with ICU experience
Proficiency in EPIC documentation systems
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
Adept at collaborating within interdisciplinary teams
Computer literacy with healthcare software and web applications
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in specialized clinical areas such as CCRN or similar
Experience with patient education and teaching strategies
Additional certifications in trauma or critical care
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association
Willingness to work the Night Shift (12-hour shifts)
Ability to meet the physical demands of heavy work, including lifting and moving patients
Compliance with safety protocols due to exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially hazardous materials
