We are seeking a highly skilled ICU Nurse to provide exceptional patient care during our Night Shift (12-Hour). What We Seek:
Valid RN license in the state of practice
Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience, including EPIC documentation
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
Ability to demonstrate good judgment and adapt care to diverse patient needs
Nice to Have:
Certification in a clinical specialty area
Bachelor’s degree in nursing
Knowledge of healthcare data usage for quality improvement
Preferred Education & Experience:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
At least 2 years of ICU experience with proficiency in Epic documentation
Other Requirements:
Ability to work the Night Shift (12-hour shifts)
Willingness to adhere to safety standards related to exposure to blood, body fluids, and infectious materials
Certifications in specialty areas are a plus but not mandatory
Travel or licensure reimbursement details available
