What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Current New Mexico RN license or a valid Compact state license
BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
Proven clinical skills in cardiovascular and interventional procedures
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Flexibility to float between locations and handle on-call responsibilities
Ability to prioritize and reassess patient needs in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points if You Have:
Previous travel nursing experience in cath lab settings
Additional certifications such as ACLS, CPR, or specialty-specific credentials
Knowledge of point-of-care testing procedures
Experience supervising or mentoring new staff or students
Preferred Education & Experience:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
At least 1-2 years of recent cardiac or electrophysiology nursing experience
Familiarity with electronic medical records and hospital protocols
Additional Requirements:
Availability to start ASAP, with a commitment to working 4 days per week, 10 hours each day (7 AM – 5:30 PM)
On-call duties 1-2 weekends per month, approximately 8-10 days in total
Travel and licensure reimbursement, with weekly pay via direct deposit
Must adhere to all safety, hospital policies, and professional standards
