Required Skills
Valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact license
BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA)
At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in oncology or a related specialty
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Nice to Have Skills
Previous experience in travel nursing or working in diverse clinical settings
Knowledge of oncology treatments, chemotherapy protocols, and patient management
Bilingual abilities or additional certifications in oncology nursing (OCN) or other specialized areas
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in oncology nursing or a similar specialty field
Other Requirements
Travel eligibility for assignments across multiple locations
Ability to work overnight hours (7PM – 7AM) and on weekends
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to adapt to different clinical settings and facility protocols
