Required Skills
Valid RN license in the relevant state or a compact license
Current BLS Certification through AHA
Prior experience in OR or surgical nursing preferred
Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and surgical procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion
Nice to Have Skills
Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) or related specialties
Experience with advanced surgical technologies and equipment
Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of recent OR/surgical nursing experience
Previous travel nursing experience is advantageous
Other Requirements
Must be willing to travel and work dayshift hours (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
Ability to work on-call and weekends as required
Compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
Willingness to adapt to different clinical environments and team dynamics
