What You'll Do:
As a vital member of our clinical team, you'll provide expert care to diverse patient populations during overnight shifts (7PM - 7AM). Your role involves coordinating and implementing high-quality, safe, and efficient care, ensuring each patient’s needs are met with compassion and professionalism. You will work closely with physicians, staff, patients, and families to uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
BLS Certification required
Minimum of 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
Strong knowledge of patient care for adult populations
Excellent communication skills, clear and compassionate demeanor
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
Physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, and patient handling
Nice to Have Skills & Additional Qualifications:
Experience in a busy medical/surgical environment
Familiarity with hospital protocols and electronic health records
Certification in specialized areas such as ACLS or PALS
Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and handle high-pressure situations
Preferred Education & Experience:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Prior night-shift experience highly desirable
Other Requirements:
Current RN license in New Mexico or a compact state
BLS Certification
Willingness to work night shifts (7PM - 7AM)
Ability to travel as needed for assignments and reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and related expenses
