What We Require:
Current RN license in New Mexico or a valid Compact state license
Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications from the American Heart Association
TNCC or ATCN certification is essential
Strong clinical skills tailored to emergency patient care
Excellent communication abilities and a compassionate approach
Ability to handle high-pressure situations confidently
Nice to Have:
CPI or equivalent de-escalation certification
Prior experience in ER or acute care settings
Flexibility with shift hours and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Education & Experience:
Graduation from an accredited RN program
Minimum of 1-2 years of emergency room nursing experience preferred
Other Requirements:
Must be willing to travel and adapt to various hospital settings
Certifications should be current and maintained
Ability to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM
