Emergency Room RN – $53.60/hr – Refugio, TX

Experience: Prior ER and Med Surg experience required
Pay & Benefits
Pay rate: $53.60/hour
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2)

Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality emergency and medical-surgical patient care
Administer treatments, medications, and interventions as ordered
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Monitor patient status, vital signs, and respond to emergencies
Document patient information accurately and efficiently
Support a fast-paced ER environment, seeing 5-10 patients on average
Maintain compliance with all safety and health regulations
What You Need
Valid RN license in Texas or ability to obtain
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications (current)
Experience working in ER and Med Surg units
Comfort working in a dynamic, high-pressure setting
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
