Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team as an ER Nurse
Elevate your nursing career by working in our fast-paced, high-volume Emergency Room, where every shift makes a difference. As an ER Nurse, you will deliver critical care in a challenging yet rewarding environment, serving up to 200 patients monthly in a 12-hour shift setting. This position offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise in a critical access hospital and contribute to lifesaving efforts in a supportive, dedicated team.
Ability to handle high patient volumes with efficiency and compassion
Effective communication and critical thinking skills
Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts from 7a-7p
Nice to Have Skills:
TNCC certification
Previous travel nursing experience
Experience in Med/Surg and ER combo units
Leadership experience for charge nurse responsibilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
At least 2 years of ER or Med/Surg experience
Prior travel nursing assignments are a plus
Other Requirements:
Clear understanding of capacity in high-volume ER settings
Scrubs in any color
Willingness to work on a blocked schedule Tuesday through Thursday
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Must possess reliable transportation and flexibility for varied schedules
