Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as an Agency RN in the Float Pool at Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center, providing critical coverage across various units. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, adhering to evidence-based practices and safety standards. Nurses in this position collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, individualized, and efficient patient care. You will be responsible for performing nursing assessments, planning and implementing care, and partnering with patients and their families to achieve optimal outcomes.
Shift: Night shift (5:45 PM - 7:15 AM), every other weekend, 2 major and 2 minor holidays
Start Date: 01/06/2025

Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited/approved nursing program
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in your state (or multi-state compact license)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
Additional certifications such as ACLS, NIHSS preferred
Less than 1 year of clinical experience required, new graduates welcome
Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and respond calmly to emergencies
