Job Description:
The RN Clinical Nurse in the Float Pool will be a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe patient care across various units within the medical center. This role involves working in a dynamic environment requiring adaptability and flexibility to meet patient care needs. The RN will practice in accordance with Wellstar policies, evidence-based standards, and the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, upholding the ANA Code of Ethics. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, ensuring patient-centered care, fostering teamwork, participating in professional development, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
