Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry Hourly Pay Rate: $0.00 (Competitive based on experience) Shift: 12-hour night shift, 18:45 – 07:15, including every other weekend and holidays Start Date: May 10, 2026
Overview:
As a Registered Nurse with us, you will deliver high-quality telemetry nursing care at a nicotine-free facility committed to excellence. You will play a critical role in patient recovery and satisfaction, utilizing your skills and knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes. Our team provides continuous support and resources, fostering a collaborative environment focused on your success.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of Telemetry RN experience
Valid RN license in good standing
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
BSN degree or higher preferred
Experience with Cerner or similar EHR systems (Altera Sunrise experience is a plus)
Ability to float between units as needed
Preferred Education and Experience:
Minimum of one year of Telemetry nursing experience in a hospital setting
NCLEX-RN licensure passed with proof of certification
Other Requirements:
Current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays
Candidates must submit through the KU Submittal Form prior to start
Orientation includes days 1-5 covering hospital policies, clinical procedures, and computer training
Must be nicotine-free, and open to occasional shift cancelation notices with appropriate notice
