What You Bring to the Table:
Valid RN license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
Experience in Level 1 or 2 Trauma Centers strongly preferred
Knowledge of CTS and Neuro patient care
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSSEM
Ability to float to Stepdown/PCU units as needed
Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and adaptability
Willingness to work every 3rd weekend, holidays, and handle on-call responsibilities
Nice to Have Skills:
Trauma nursing certification (TNCC)
Prior experience with Cerner or similar EMR systems
Experience with neuro and complex patient care
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher
At least 2 years of ICU experience, particularly in Level 1 or 2 Trauma environments
Other Requirements:
Availability to start on or after 04/26/2026
Flexibility to work 12-hour overnight shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
Must be nicotine-free (facility policy)
Willingness to participate in orientation sessions and complete necessary credentials prior to start
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
