We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a high-acuity Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) environment. Required Skills:
Valid RN license in good standing
Minimum of 1 year of recent PCU RN experience
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS
Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with high acuity drips
Arterial line management
BiPAP and Airvo experience
Prior exposure to Float assignments in similar units
Preferred Education and Experience:
Active RN license with at least one-year experience in a PCU or similar high-acuity setting
Prior experience in a nicotine-free facility is advantageous
Other Requirements:
Must be able to work 12-hour night shifts (1845-0715)
Availability for every other weekend and work major holidays
Willingness to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
Must attend orientation sessions as scheduled
Must pass necessary credentialing and background checks
No travel reimbursements provided; additional reimbursements available for licensure, certification, and travel as applicable
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $0.00 (please inquire for details).
