Experience: At least 2 years of ICU experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $54.27/hour

What You’ll Do
Provide bedside nursing care to ICU patients, including monitoring, assessments, and administering treatments
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Delegate and oversee responsibilities of Nurse Assistants and other support staff
Educate and communicate effectively with patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions
Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly
Lead patient safety initiatives and promote evidence-based practices in the ICU
Participate in patient conferences and discharge planning
What You Need
Valid Michigan RN license and BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of ICU protocols and patient care standards
