What You’ll Do:
As an ER RN, you'll deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment, responding swiftly to emergencies and collaborating with a dedicated team. Your expertise will help save lives and improve outcomes in critical situations. This role offers flexible scheduling, including night shifts and weekend rotations, allowing you to balance work and personal life effectively.
Required Skills:
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency with technology and basic computer skills
Critical thinking and excellent time management
Ability to respond decisively and respectfully in emergencies
Nice to Have Skills:
Epic EMR experience
Experience with rapid patient assessment and triage
Bilingual capabilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associates Degree in Nursing, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience in emergency settings
Certification in BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS, and related specialties (Certifications in progress are acceptable with willingness to obtain)
Other Requirements:
Must be available for night shifts (7 PM - 7:30 AM) and varied days
On-call availability (two 24-hour on-call shifts every 8 weeks)
Minimum every-other-weekend work and at least 2 major and 2 minor holidays annually
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with high-stakes patient care
Completed Wellstar cover sheet required for each submission
Licensure in the state of Georgia; multi-state compact licensure preferred
Certification packets must note willingness to obtain in-progress certs
