What You Bring to the Table:
Valid RN license in your state (single state or multi-state compact)
Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU or acute care experience
Strong critical thinking and clinical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Basic computer proficiency and ability to adapt to healthcare technology
Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), weekends, and holidays as required
Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and prioritize patient safety
Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
Epic EMR experience
BLS or ARC-BLS certification in hand or willing to obtain
Previous agency or travel nursing experience
Bilingual abilities or additional certifications pertinent to ICU care
Preferred Education & Experience:
Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Proven experience in an ICU setting
Relevant certifications and continuous professional development
Other Requirements:
Night shift availability
Willingness to work varying days, on-call as needed, and weekend rotations
Completed Wellstar cover sheet with each submission
Certifications up-to-date or noted as willing to obtain
