Temp - Rad Tech - Cardiac Cath Lab (Days) Batesville, AR
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Temporary Radiologic Technologist specializing in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. This pivotal role involves delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to support cardiology teams in providing exceptional patient care. By leveraging your technical expertise, you will play an essential part in diagnosing and treating cardiac conditions, ensuring patients receive accurate and timely assessments.
Required Skills:
ARRT Certification in Radiologic Technology
Proven experience in cardiac catheterization lab procedures
Proficiency in fluoroscopy and digital imaging systems
Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to operate advanced imaging equipment safely and effectively
Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and patient care standards
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience with 3D imaging technology
Basic knowledge of EKG interpretation
Familiarity with hospital electronic health records (EHR) systems
BLS/ACLS certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a cath lab setting or similar environment
Other Requirements:
Valid state licensure and ARRT certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Flexibility to work daytime hours, including potential on-call shifts
Must comply with all safety protocols and hospital policies
