Experience: Minimum of applicable radiologic technology experience required

What You’ll Do:
Verify physician orders and ensure procedural accuracy
Operate radiology equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures
Explain procedures to patients and ensure their understanding and comfort
Position patients and operate imaging modalities according to protocols
Review images for quality and perform necessary quality control procedures
Assist with departmental operations such as inventory and equipment maintenance
Adapt communication and care to diverse patient populations
Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and HIPAA standards
Support quality improvement initiatives within the department
What You Need: Required:
Valid ARRT registration and current state license to practice radiologic technology
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Completion of an approved radiologic technology program
Proven proficiency with radiology information systems and equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends, holidays, on-call) and travel between facilities
Preferred:
Previous experience in a hospital or clinic setting
Knowledge of advanced imaging technologies
