Required Skills:
Proficiency in operating radiologic equipment and imaging software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills and professionalism
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call
Skilled in verifying physician orders and ensuring image quality
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards
Ability to explain procedures clearly to patients and address their concerns
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with additional imaging modalities
Familiarity with hospital-based information systems
Additional certifications such as CT, MRI, or other specialties
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Completion of an approved radiologic technology program
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Current unrestricted state license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting is preferred
Other Requirements:
Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting objects up to 50 pounds
Work in environments with potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids
Willingness to travel between facilities if needed
Adherence to strict safety, privacy, and compliance protocols
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $54.31, with competitive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, generous paid sick leave, licensure, certification reimbursements, travel allowances, and ongoing support from our dedicated team committed to your success. The shift is set on a 12-hour schedule, 24/7, ensuring ample opportunities to grow and make a difference.
