Required Skills:
Fellowship training in Breast Imaging
Proficiency in screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI
Experience with image-guided procedures such as biopsies, localizations, and aspirations
Strong knowledge of BI-RADS and MQSA guidelines
Excellent attention to detail in reporting
Ability to manage same-day diagnostic workups efficiently
Effective patient communication skills, especially when discussing results and procedures
Comfortable working independently in a high-volume clinic setting
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Change Health PACS and transition to Sectra PACS
Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
Prior experience in a hospital-based or outpatient breast imaging environment
Ability to participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
Preferred Education and Experience:
Board certification in Radiology
Fellowship in Breast Imaging
At least 3 years of experience in breast imaging post-fellowship
Other Requirements:
On-site availability only
Current licensure and certifications in Radiology
Willingness to work scheduled hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Ability to adapt to system upgrades and technological changes
