What You'll Do
Support cardiac catheterization procedures by preparing labs and operating critical imaging and hemodynamic equipment
Assist during complex procedures such as fluoro imaging, digital image acquisition, and intra-aortic balloon pump setup
Ensure strict aseptic techniques and patient safety throughout procedures
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
Document procedures, hemodynamic data, and patient information accurately
Maintain equipment functionality, perform daily room checks, and stock supplies
Act as radiation safety representative during X-ray procedures
Support patient transport and post-procedure care on the unit
Participate in department quality improvement initiatives and team collaboration
What You Need
Graduate from an accredited radiology or healthcare-related program; bachelor’s degree preferred
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (AHA)
Valid state licensure (e.g., MRT or LMRT in Texas)
0-1 year of experience in an acute care setting preferred
Strong teamwork, communication, and patient safety focus
