Required Skills:
Valid licensure and certification in Radiation Oncology or Radiation Therapy
Proven experience in radiation treatment planning and delivery
Proficiency with current radiation oncology equipment and technology
Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and procedures
Excellent communication and patient-interaction skills
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with advanced radiation techniques such as IMRT, VMAT, or SBRT
Familiarity with medical software and electronic health records (EHR)
Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Radiation Therapy, Medical Physics, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in radiation oncology settings
Other Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours; specific shift hours are flexible
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training sessions
Compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety
