What You’ll Do
Operate fluoroscopy and diagnostic imaging equipment for interventional procedures
Assist with patient setup, preparation, and post-procedure cleanup
Monitor patient vitals and document accurately in procedure logs
Maintain quality control standards and perform equipment maintenance
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members during procedures
Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and regulations
Adapt communication and approach to meet diverse patient needs and enhance patient comfort
What You Need
Required:
Current Radiologic Technologist license in Louisiana
ARRT Certification
BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
At least 2 years of experience in radiologic or interventional radiology settings
Preferred:
Experience with digital imaging and PACS systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
