Experience: Minimum 18 months, including recent ICU experience (at least 18 months recent)

Pay Rate: $50.69/hour

What You’ll Do:
Administer respiratory therapy and neuro diagnostic procedures
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly
Float between Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan hospitals as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
Comply with all safety and regulatory standards
Provide compassionate patient support during critical procedures
What You Need:
IN RN license and NBRC (RRT) certification
ACLS and BCLS certifications required
Minimum of 18 months of recent ICU experience
Ability to work every other weekend shift as required
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
