Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 – 19:30)
Hours/Week: 36 hours/week
Employment Type: Contract / Temporary (per diem available)
Assist with high-risk deliveries and neonatal ICU functions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care across diverse high-acuity settings.
Floats between units based on patient needs and skillset, maintaining flexibility.
Document procedures and patient responses accurately in Cerner electronic health record system.
What You Need Required:
Indiana Respiratory Therapist License
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in adult critical care, ER, NICU, or L&D settings
Experience with airway management, ventilator settings, neonatal and pediatric respiratory therapy
Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
Preferred:
Prior experience working in a community hospital environment
Comfort with floating across multiple inpatient units
